How do I get paid as a helper?
Once the quest creator confirms completion, payment is transferred directly to your bank account within 1-2 business days. You'll need to set up your payout details in the app to receive payments.
What if the helper doesn't complete the quest?
If the helper cancels or fails to complete the quest, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Your money is held securely in escrow until you confirm completion.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details on our servers.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and more). Touch 'n Go eWallet support is coming soon.
How much does Questzal charge?
Helpers receive 100% of the quest price. A small platform fee (RM1 + 1%) and payment processing fee (3% + RM1) are added to the creator's total. For example, for a RM50 quest, the creator pays approximately RM54.12, and the helper receives the full RM50.
How do I cancel a quest?
You can cancel a quest from the app before a helper is accepted. If you cancel after accepting a helper, the quest price is refunded but platform fees may be retained depending on how much progress was made.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Disputed transactions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team at support@questzal.com with details of the issue. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
How do I become a verified helper?
To become verified, complete your profile with accurate information, verify your phone number and email, and optionally submit identity verification documents for a higher trust level.
What types of quests can I post?
You can post various types of quests including carpool requests, delivery tasks, errands, services like moving furniture, and other tasks you need help with. All quests must be legal and comply with our terms of service.
Is Questzal available outside Malaysia?
Currently, Questzal is focused on serving users in Malaysia. We support local payment methods like FPX and prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
